1. Chase boats will not be rafted to the committee boat. Duncan's Watch will be tied up towards the middle of the dock leaving space for the chase boats between Duncan's Watch and the ramp end of the dock.
  2. Visiting yachts will be limited to 40 feet or less in length.
  3. Docks will be kept clear during Wednesday and Sunday racing, during summer sailing scheduled days, during all scheduled regattas, and during Club special events or private parties as needed.
  4. There will be no charge for dock use.
  5. Visiting yachts may stay no longer than 48 hours unless approved in advance by Port Captain and Commodore.
  6. All requests for overnight berthing will be directed to the Port Captain. A sign will be posted at the dock indicating that all visitors must have prior approval from the Port Captain. To aid in implementation of this new policy, The Port Captain will send all requests for overnight berthing to Club Manager, Race Chair, and Commodore for approval, until such time as they deem the master calendaring procedure is working successfully.
  7. Dock use will be included on the master calendar. Members will be asked to indicate whether use of the dock is needed when scheduling events. Dates of visiting yachts will also be posted to assist members with planning events.
