The following documents are required for on-line registration:

1. Owner/captain liability waiver (automatically e-signed during registration).

The following documents are required for completing registration and shall be submitted as per NOR:

1. PHRF certificate (upload during registration or submit separately).

2. MPYC Float plan.

3. Individual crew waivers for each crew member (MPYC Liability Waiver). Can be inititated during registration by entering crew email (easiest) or submitted separately.
